I remember reading in the week after the October 7th attack that the Nova Music Festival was relocated to the spot were the attack happened, that it has been scheduled to be at a different location and then a few days before the attack it was moved to the location where the attack happened. More recently I have read that some of the families of the victims are suing and have obtained documents that show the new location was seen to be dangerous but was approved anyway.

Yes I am aware and was thinking of including this in my piece. I left it out - as well as a lot of other things - for the sake of brevity.

Information regarding who ordered and who authorised the last-minute venue change, and what their justification was, is absolutely crucial to getting to the bottom of how the IOF ground forces were completely defeated on 7 October.

The United Nations report found that "there are reasonable grounds to believe that conflict-related sexual violence — including rape and gang-rape — occurred across multiple locations of Israel and the Gaza periphery during the attacks on 7 October 2023." https://press.un.org/en/2024/sc15621.doc.htm

Let me guess: The UN is AIPAC now, or some other conspiracy bullshit?

Hostages who have returned alive from Gaza have reported their sexual assault at the hand of Hamas. You need a name to believe? Amit Sousanna. She is the brave victim of rape by Hamas. Happy now? Or are you just going to call her a liar?

Firstly, those NY Times stories have all been debunked. Secondly, the UN report was pure conjecture, offering "reasonable grounds" and "convincing information" (no proof or evidence).

That is why Guterrres refused to put Hamas on the "blacklist" of organisations that use sexual violence.

https://www.jpost.com/israel-hamas-war/article-798385

"The United Nations omitted Hamas from its blacklist of state and non-state parties guilty of sexual violence in 2023, due to a lack of what it deemed to be credible evidence."

Here is a video of Pramila Patten, the author of the UN report, admitting that she did not do an investigation, and the stories she heard "could not be verified".

Secondly, you seem to have a reading comprehension problem. I asked for the name of a woman who was raped on October 7.

"Can No One Tell Me the Name of an Israeli Woman Who Was Raped by Hamas on 10/7?"

https://euroyankee.substack.com/p/can-no-one-tell-me-the-name-of-an?r=17gos

Believe me, you do not want to get into a discussion of people being raped when in captivity. Israel will lose on that one, since rape is now an accepted treatment of Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons.

From Haaretz:

"By Legitimizing Rape, Israeli Society Takes One Step Further Towards Moral Decay"

https://www.haaretz.com/opinion/2024-08-05/ty-article/.premium/by-legitimizing-rape-israeli-society-takes-one-step-further-towards-moral-decay/00000191-1e71-d534-a9f9-7f7949a00000

Indeed, I have even written about this myself:

"What’s the Deal with Israelis and Rape?"

https://euroyankee.substack.com/p/whats-the-deal-with-israelis-and?r=17gos

So to conclude: 5 months since I wrote my article, still not one name.
